I filed for fafsa in January and I just wanted to know when they were gonna distribute how much they are awarding. Anything would help!

I have been excepted to Northern Illinois University.. So what happens next?

My school, ECC, doesn't start sending out the packets until like the end of March early April. They will let you know how much you get, and that also depends on what you want to study. If you are also looking for a job, the school can give you one. It is called work study. You will get payed minimum wage. You have to get into the financial aid office asap after you get your papers in the mail.

I don't think you understand the process. You have to apply and be accepted at schools and they decide how much you will receive IF you choose to attend their school. And you actually have to attend!

There is no such word a 'payed' it is paid.
