Because HIV and the multitude of different Cancer's,and the vast and varied way each patient is treated and the age span, from birth to the very old, from every lifestyle, and ethnic and social groups,at every economic level, and how you couldn't possibly "know" for sure that your family would be stricken, one couldn't possibly be involved in a "conspiracy" to keep a secret of that magnitude. It would involve the "worlds" leading universities, research labs, and the best from all medical and scientific minds etc.It wouldn't ever be possible to keep that sort of scandal quiet. Most of us in the Medical field take an oath of "ethical practice",and are devoted life saving, and caring people. Breakthrough's don't come easily, and it takes billions of research dollars to make small headway's. Cancer deaths are going down and "cure "rates are going up every year.Do some research from end of the spectrum,it will be easier to see. Take care. SW RNP
