Your probably not a Lebanese citizen. Have you ever been there. My parents were both born in different countries, and I am not a citizen of those countries.

You should go to the Lebanese Embassy in Washington D.C. and apply for the Lebanese passport.

NOTE: they will ask you to prove your dad was originally from Lebanon so take with you documents that proves that.

If you don't have a Lebanese passport, you are not a citizen of Lebanon

Apply for a passport in the Lebanese Embassy in USA so that you have a document supporting that you are a Lebanese.

Contace the Lebanese consulate in the USA if you are here in the states. They should be able to help you. Be sure to take you birth certificate and if you can, a copy of your father's.
