Only if you are 13....he's not even a teenager yet! Seriously, a lot depends on how old YOU are...is he as mature as you...once you hit the twenties probably doesn't matter one way or another. :)

I think it depends on your age and his. You don't want someone who isn't even legal if you are. Other than that, it's all about maturity and how he makes you feel.. If you make each other happy, then I say go for it!
