I do synchro, and figure skating, so I warm up a lot!
First, I run around the ice rink twice. It helps me stay active. Then, I do 20 jumping jacks. That helps my arms when they lift, and my feet stretch out more. After that, I do more arm stretching. For example, pushing the arm down the back. I sometimes do bridges, as it helps my layback and sometimes beilman. Even, my off ice axels and loops. Lastly, I do the spiral stretching. I can make a more extended spiral this way.

Off ice training is flexibility and strenghtening muscles! And most of the time my coach has me do my jumps to work on height and has me work on my spin positions...it really helps me when I get back on the ice!

I'm starting ballet this month, so I'll see how that helps. I also just stretch and eat healthy!
