I actually do this stuff for a living. I'm a chocolatier, and we sell things like that in a store.

You really don't need a website to tell you how to decorate a cake. All you need is a cone filled with coloured icing to squeeze onto a cake in a pretty design for whatever you'd like.

If you want to make a picture, then what you need is different coloured icing, a mould in the shape of what you want and a good eye for detail unless you want to make a round/square cake with something on it. In that case, you could always make a sort of cookie cutter/stained glass mould.

Cut a tiny line into the cake so you know where to go, and then fill in each of the sections before adding a little coloured icing. That method takes a little more time, but it can work if you have time to spare.

You could always use black shoe string licorice to make the lines to go around, and just ice the cake colour by colour. That's the easiest method, and it's you choice if you want to keep the licorice on or not.

And if you can find them, you could use tinted white chocolate candy wafers.

Or...for another easy method, do it like a mozaic with different coloured smarties or M&Ms. If you can't find the black and white star wars ones, then use pieces of black licorice and white chocolate.
