We don't have any classes together except french. How can I get his attention? Nothing like dying my hair purple please. :)
Classes have just started, and I'm not sure he even knows my name. If I ever decided to get up and speak to him, what would be a good way to strike up a conversation?

If you really want to show him you like him, then look in his eyes and smile. It works almost everytime. Just make sure you make eye contact.

Dress really nice and attract his attention, act forward and confident and don't fish for compliments. If you have to pair up in class, ask him to be your partner, or just say something to him about school, like asking him about his classes. Once you get a conversatino started, it's a lot easier to get to know him.

Wow! You are like me! I am in love with a junior too and I am freshman! LOL! Just be yourself. If he is wearing new clothes or new hair style hey I like your hair or something.

Befriend one of his close friends. You will be his friend by proxy. During conversation with his close friend speak about the junior positively. It will get back to him, and things will come together.

first of all , your talking bout highschool right. they dont need anything special, how bout answering the questions the teacher asks alot. i take japanese and this guy noticed me cause i answered alot of questions and made an attempt. if you answer more questions hell be more likely to notice you. or you could just caually say hi one day in the hall.

maybe you could spark up a conversation about you need a tutor in that class and ask him could he tutor you or the other way around
