Dinner question?

Question

What are some nice, easy, and fast dinners for a family? Oh, and no meat or fish. We don't have a wide selection, so we need more recipes to try. Thanks!!

What about bean and cheese burritos
Pasta with a pesto sauce and garlic bread
Mac and Cheese with side of salad
Potato Soup or Vegetable Soup

well the only thing that comes to mind is pasta, but im sure that you must eat a lot of that as you dont eat meat or fish. But you can try adding veggies to pasta use different flavors like tomatoe sauce, alfredo, try wheat pasta because it is healthy and omega-3, rice stir frys with broccoli or whatever other veggies you like, seasoned in tterryaki or soy sauce...you can add egg to it instead of the meat. Thats all i can think of now!

vegetarian chili, baked tofu, veggie hot dogs, veggie burgers, tacos using fake burger, omelettes, lentil soup, etc.

Obviously you would add a dish or two to the above suggestions to augment the meal and make it satisfying.
