Pick out all his best features, write a list of them down (and make it preferrably long and truthful) and give it to him.
You could also do something similar to that and each day write down a new thing, no matter what. Just leave a list attached to the fridge of things you like about your husband and each day add another until the list doesn't fit on the fridge. (or whever you happen to put it)
Or, You could always just turn up the romantics (if you know what I mean)
Another option is to make him the best dinner imaginable, candle light, etc. (just imagine a woman's most romantic evening and it's the same for a man's) That's always appreciative because it shows how much time you put into making something special. [and as a side note, if your husband comes home to a dinner like this and doesn't seem to be in a good mood or what not...dont' take it personal; things get worse if you do, plus people have their bad days every now and then, just look on the positive side of things]

Steak and BJ day
Men are generally uncomplicated and easy to please.

Write a "W" on yer butt cheeks. Post-it notes. A playlist of music for him.A piece of poetry that means something to you.
Role playing- take him for a meal and or hotel and pretend to be someone else.

The only time my hubby is ever like "WOW!" is when I initiate sex or surprise him by being naked when he comes home from work. Guys are built different then us. Our guys could tell us that we are their world and we melt. We tell them that and they just look at us like "Okay? Thanks I guess!"
My hubby does call me form work when I hide a note in his wallet that simply says, "I love you most!" He says it makes his day.
