Why are you asking about Freemasonry do you not know what it is. It is not a religion of any kind. It has nothing to do with a spiritual path.

Freemasonry can be a religion to those devoid of religion as well as Reiki. Religion is ot necessari what you believe, but rather what you do.
To most people, they claim to be of "X" religion. These same people will visit their temples, listen to instruction, then return to the world unchanged. These people are not involved in rligion, but rather faith and belief.
Freemasonry does not require faith or belief other that ones personal conviction of some higher power. Masonry is religion in the truer sense of the word. It is action. Therefore, it is religion sans dogma. So, Freemasonry can bring you to peace and contntment.
I believe Reiki can do the same for you. However, I believe there are a lot of charlatans passing themselves off as Reiki Masters. In Masonry, you might also mistakenly find some bad lineages. Which is fine, because a bad lineage does not mean you won't be ultimately fulfilled. It just means you won't be a brother of the larger fraternity or received teachings unadulterated from the first Reiki Master.
So, in conclusion, I think you can find what you are looking for in either. However, in the long run, I think you will ultimately have to decide on some faith. There is something in us that needs to submit to authority in the larger scheme of things and I think no matter where you go, you will ultimately find yourself making out a more concrete set of beliefs. So, try one out. Try them both out! Both will make you learn about yourself and others provided you put in the work.

I believe the age of religions has gone up. Now the mankind is too tired of religion and the wars and hatreds that caused. We have to believe in love, and humans' physical and spiritual profits. and choose this path. Reiki is more than a healing method, If you know this that can be helpful for you in the holly path of live(love).

Freemasonry requires you to believe in a God. However, that God could be a plant. It has been my experience that most are Christian and of the Jewish faith.
Freemasonry is not spiritual nor is it a religion... think of it as more a secret society with rituals.

I don't know about Reiki...isn't that more about healing? And I don't know much about Freemasonry. I know that with Unitarian Universalism, you don't have to be religious but can still be part of a peaceful, joyful community.

You won't find true joy unless you follow Jesus. See an article on Reiki at the Following The Way group.
