I've attached a link that gives iron content for many different foods. Other ideas: donate blood if you can, although they won't take blood with really high iron content.

Also, get rid of cookware that has a high iron content, such as those old classic cast-iron skillets.

The best way to get rid of high levels of iron is actually to donate blood.

There is a chronic metabolic illness in which the body actually holds too much iron, and the management of that illness includes regular blood donations.

go to the local supermarket and buy something you want. check the nutrition facts on the side and see if there is iron. if there is, dump whatever you took and go buy something else! that easy!!

are you sure ? i tried to donate blood but they told me not to drink caffeine before i donate blood so maybe you just drink too much caffeine .cause most women have low iron because of their bleeding.

CELERY ! Very low nutrition no iron and you spend more calories eating than it gives.
