I tend to play my music in my car a little to loud and now my back speaker rumbles rather than play a clear sound. Is there any way I can temporarily fix it so that it sounds right until I get the money to buy new car speakers? Right now it's sounding pretty bad and it drives me crazy. Can't do without my music in my car. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or solutions.

The speaker might be rumbling because the amplifier is damaged. So, you should do some testing before you spend money on a new speaker. The speaker might be fine.

you have to replace it this is a possible scenario somebody is selling their car and has a nice speaker system inside they want to keep them for there later car they change the good speakers to cheap or stock speakers, and wire it incorrectly - (positive to negative and negative to positive) while it should be wired positive to positive and negative to negative... there will be no damage to the wires in your car, only damage to the speaker... so there's no need to take it to an auto electrician before you try a new speaker... if you have a after market raido/Cd player/dvd make sure you have the balance correct the options are front - left or right back - left or right you can find this in the head unit's 'options' 'SEL' or 'Sound'

You could check the wiring if it is causing alot of crackling maybe there is a pin bent in the connector or you may have just damaged the speaker itself which would be unrepairable and in this case i agree with the other comment just disconnect i for now!

why not just fade the sound to the front until you don`t get a chance to look @ it properly! there may just be something that has blocked the speaker rather than it being ruined!Or it can be blown! Just have it checked before you spend any money!
