Ok, First off, i'm a male 5' 11", about 167 pounds. I sometimes get extremly cold, like as if i were a 30 degree cooler, while its 70 degrees in the room. my nose gets real cold, so do my hands, not my feet tho. i dont know if this is normal, or what. Is it normal?

Thanks for any posts, and help!

Any other symptoms? It could be nothing (your body thermostat may just be sensitve) or it could be so many things: poor circulation, hypothyroidism, coming down with something, etc. See a doctor for a complete physical and be sure you mention this and any other symptoms you have. He can then decide if there is a need for tests to see if you have a medical condition.

It could be nothing, as the previous poster said, but when you mentioned nose & hands getting cold, my first thought was Raynaud's. You'll need to see a physician to get a definitive diagnosis. In most cases, Raynaud's syndrome is just a nuisance and completely benign. Of course it could be something else, or nothing special.

Check this out and see if you have similar symptoms.
