it means hes flirting with you and to me it sounds like hes taking this whole flirting thing with eeez... meaning guys usually like that are usually the ones to flirt with practically ever girl they talk to.. guys who truly like a girl would be more distant but yet obvious if you know what i mean... eye contact is a biggie and his behaviour is also a biggie... if he acts diffrent to you then he normally would to other girls than he obviously likes you. I suggest not to directly confront him but to just take it slow and follow your intuition.. play along be more flirtatious and see where that goes.
