I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

stay away from the beer!! take my advice pleeeeze! i love beer and i notice now i have a lil bit of a pudge in the belly going on . and of course sit ups ~ i feel bad about mine to ya know i really do so i just lay off on the beer and wine~

do situps (30-50) everyday....after a couple of weeks the bellyfat will go away and youll have a flat stomach.
