As far as a website goes...codependency is not typically a trait people look for. Normally co-dependence is seen as being a syonym for "clingy" or "incapable of standing on your own two feet."
So...your best bet would be to go to a site that allows you to look for submissive women.
You could probably just google "submissive women" and "online dating" or some permutation of that (perhaps "submissive women and "e dating") to find a site that is right for you.
