I have never heard of this before, but i do believe the food and drug administration should have all records of the ingredients in their food, being that it is a public food service i think they by law have to disclose all of that information, and i cannot understand why they would want to put that into their food, maybe because their food is so terrible for you that it makes you sick and they don't want people throwing up because they eat it, personally mc donalds is a fast food and all fast food companies want to decrease their cost so they are going to have "cheap" low quality food and we desearve better, but thank god we have a choice and my choice is fresh veggies and fruits... stay healthy

It is illegal in the USA to give someone drugs without their knowledge. Anybody that served a McDonalds hamburger would risk going to prison - doesn't seem likely.
