I have the same problem since my teen years and I've been using "Control Freak" by "Bed Head". They have four different products that work quite well: a shampoo, rinse out conditioner, leave in conditioner and a spray on conditioner that you can use after your hair is dry. Depending on how bad your hair frizzes, you might only need the spray on stuff. I also use a straightening iron which helps a lot as well. Sorry, I know it sounds like a lot of work!

Get a flat iron, makes my hair very silky and I have natural waves in my hair. Be sure to use a good conditioner too.

when you get out of the shower, (while hair is wet) get Garnier Fructis leave in conditioner SLEEK & SHINE and put just a little in ur hands and run it through your hair, or you could get Redken Smooth down and do the same for it. Then blow dry and brush through! works for me!
