Yes,what you do is get a shotgun and shoot it twice in the tower part of the computer.Next you logg a grenade in the computer membrane like off Rambo.

when i first moved to spain I spent a long long time using msn day after day to keep in touch with my old mates, was struggling to find to make mates over here so my social life was depented on the net. When I went home for the first time I found it really odd to be chatting away and make decent convosation with all me buddies. It took me awhile (loosing our net conection helped!) but bk to norm now, will never do that again!!

So yes I do belive it can trash ur state of mind if ur not careful, alough I dont mean this will happen to every1!

yes yes yes,
it may be a cause of depression.

but not too sound pushy or bossy but seriously, this is not good for you. spending and excessive amount of time on the computer is not good for your mental health.

you need good clean fresh air, and excersize.
it feels a whole lot better after a good workout, or run or just movement!
