Order late at night and leave no lights on for him---
take an extremely long time to answer the door (but not too long because they do have a limit that they have to wait before writing the order off)
Answer the door with a fairly loud and semi aggressive dog at your heels --- screaming for a chance to nip somebody
and try to pay with an extremely high denomination bill
and do not tip !!!
But, the devil will get you for this----and the next pizza you get from this particular pizza joint will have added ingredients that you did not (and would not) order !!

I agree with the change answer above, but more importantly...WHY would you want to annoy the pizza guy? You are planning on eating the pizzas right?

Say Oops i forgot you were coming and take a LONG time to get the right change and money. Have your little siblings run around yelling at the pizza guy to go home! And have have them start crying. It works all the time.

Pay for your Pizza with a $100 bill and say you have no spare change in the house.

in college we invited him and offered him beer and then made hime wait about 25 minutes before we could find enough money to pay him with. meanwhile we ate the pizza. and it actually wasn't done on purpose, but he was stilled annoyed.

Not giving a tip would probably annoy him or her, but why would you want to deliberately annoy someone who is just trying to earn a little money?
