No, the only way to pass is not to be drunk. Nothing else will fool it into not reading the alcohol in your system.

The ONLY way to pass a breathalizer test is not to drink. Despite what anyone else tells you on this site, there is NO way to beat the machine. It measure the amount of alcohol that is contained in the air that you are exhaling. There is no way to reduce the amount of alcohol in your exhaled breath except for waiting a long period of time for the levels to drop. You can create a false positive reading by rinsing your mouth out with an alcohol based mouthwash and then blowing immediately into the machine. They won't let you smuggle mouthwash into the police station, so you won't be able to use the mouthwash excuse there (there are usually two readings taken with a 20 minutes between them).
Breath test (at least here) are all video and audio taped so you can try sneezing or distracting the officer and it won't work. If the officer believes you are trying to sabotage the test or that you are not blowing hard enough to get a good reading, you will be charged with "refusing to provide a breath sample" which has the same penalty as blowing over.

Some of my most favorite moments in traffic enforcement were the drunks trying to fool the Breathalyzer. The device measures alcohol in your breath. To pass the test you must REMOVE the alcohol. Other stuff you cram into your mouth might MASK the odor of the alcohol, but they don't remove it.
I tested one guy, who failed the test, he then spit out five pennies he had in his mouth. He was disappointed the trick did not work. I told him he had not used enough pennies, that it takes about 50 to pass a Breathalyzer. About a month later a deputy to me he'd just arrested a guy for DUI and the offender nearly choked to death on a huge mouthful of pennies. Yep, same guy. LMAO!!!

The mustard works!!!! Just keep a medium sized squirt bottle in your car. When you get stopped and have been drinking, grab it and squirt some in your mouth. You need about 3-4 ounces (about half the bottle) to fool the breathalyzer.

yeah - don't drink! the pennies and such don't work. rinsing with mouthwash and sucking on cough drops can excellerate the counts but that can actually make it worse - they will take you in and do a blood test.
spend the $20 bucks on a taxi instead of $2000 on a lawyer.

Yeah none of those work. BAC(blood alcohol content) is measured from your lungs and not your mouth. In my department we check the offenders mouths first and then explain to them that if they do have anything in their mouths and it clogs the machine they'll be charged with tampering with evidence as well as OWI. Best thing to do is not drink and drive. Don't be a dumba$$!

Try not to swallow the penny. They will have to send an ambulance for you being drunk and not being able to breath. Then the doctor will take blood. Your blood alcohol will be exact. At least on a Breathalyzer-there is leeway.
