how to run an actors workshop?

I want to set up a weekly actors workshop, has anyone got any advice on how run such a thing?

There is some good advice on the internet. The first site below has some good exercises. You need to worry about the logistics yourself. What will your long term goal be? Just to keep practicing, what do you do each week, how will you interest other people? All questions you need to answer.
