i just think its teen angst and anxiety, nothing serious.
we all have it when it comes to certain things, like mine comes when i talk to other girls as well. but i have an anxiety disorder and i would recoomend that if it starts to get worse ie. anxiety/panic attacks or other physical symptoms you should consult a doctor :]

Hello Sahar. Every individual has his own personality. It is normal what you are feeling. I am shy too. I feel comfortable with my friends but get shy around the whole class. You have to get trained: always try to approach people, the first times will be really hard, but once you get used to it, it will become easier. In my case I was very nervous at doing presentations in front of a classroom. With practice I am not nervous anymore. Maybe you can talk to a psychiatrist about it and he can help you. Sometimes is an imbalance in brain neurotrasmiters which cause shyness. Argentox2@yahoo.com

Oh my gosh, I am exactly like you. 100% like you. I thought I was the only one in this world. Like you, I have no problem talking to friends or group of friends. I get so nervous right before I go infront of the class, it feels I am about to get a heart attack. I feel the same way about girls too, especially pretty girls. I felt like this ever since I was in high school. I still feel this way at the age of 29 and attending a 4 year university. This is my last semester by the way. So I don't think it's anything to do with teen age years. Was any of your family member verbally abusive when you were a child at least one time? I have one brother but no sister.

It's ok to be shy, there are many good qualities in shy people. The most important thing is does your shyness bother you? If it does, try working on getting more confidence in your speaking with strangers. People are not going to judge or criticize you for talking to them.

You are not Shy you are just little "reserve" by nature, and secondly people don't like such type who just go anywhere and start saying whatever they feel like, Being yourself is being BEST, and if you think you are shy then this is what you really are, and just be yourself
