Yes you can, but talk to your vet first. It can be painful for your dog and tricky.

Most vets will refuse to do this surgery while your dog is in heat it causes more complications and is just as easy to wait a little while. It is possible that you can find a vet who will do it, but learn the risks and understand them well and choose what is best for you DOG. Waiting a couple weeks isn't a major thing.

It all depends upon the vet. Most vets will NOT spay a dog while she is in heat because it would mess with her hormone balance too much. However, some of them will, so call around if you are in a hurry. Better to wait it out, though.

yes, but its more difficult for the vet, and more expensive for you. The vet will ask when the last heat cycle was, so keep track of how long the dog is bleeding so you can tell your vet.

Yes however it is harder on the dog, the vet and you because they will charge more. Now that she is in heat it is better to wait till she's not.

a lot of vets won't because, they don't know if they hit a blood vessel or it's just heat blood. Plus it throw off her hormones.
Just watch her very carefully for about a month then take her in to get spayed.

You can but it makes it soo much more difficult for them to do, so, they generally ask you before you take her in if she's on heat or not and won't do it until she's done.

Yes, but it's usually more expensive, as vets don't like to do it then.
