2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

It means our sinful man is dead and our spiritual man is now alive-- being "born again" as John 3:3 says you must be born again to see the kingdom of God--and that is to be born again in the Spirit of God, once you believe in Christ Jesus and repent of sin.
We are a new creation in Christ Jesus! He changes our hearts and gives us His holy spirit--who guides us into all truth and convicts us when we do wrong.
We are not in bondage of sin anymore, but set free from it, due to Christ Jesus, for salvation comes from Him alone. (John 14:6)
-Also when the Lord comes back He will make a new Heaven and earth and all these things on earth will pass away--perish.
Romans 8:6
The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace;

2 Peter 3:13 But there are new heavens and a new earth that we are awaiting according to his promise, in these righteousness will dwell.
Some people use this to say the earth will pass away. But will the heavens pass away? Why would God destroy where he lives. But by throwing Satan out, it is a new heaven. Rev. 12:7
2 Peter 3:5 clears this up. When it says that just like the earth was destroyed in NOah's time. Was the earthly ball destroyed?
Wasn't it only the wicked people? Proverbs 2:21,22
Read Genesis 8:21,22 It tells what is to be destroyed.

I can only tell you what I've seen. I saw my husband - a fairly nice, low-key type of person who never really took religion seriously - I saw him have an experience, a vision from God. It changed him, he is no longer the same man he was before.

God is his passion now, and all the things about him are different; it's like I have a totally different husband! lol and that is a good thing, really. The things he thinks about, the manner of his tone, the love that pours out of him for me and our girls, it's all different.

He's literally a new man.

before you accept the spirit of God into you to guide you .then your not of the spirit.your just another creature that God loves. after you ask Gods spirit to come into you with love and faith,
then your a true child of God.

then ask of God all the time, all through the day and night keep your attention on the spirits guidance,listen for the word of God within you.
when you ask Gods guidance, you must then listen for the answers,of course. so many people will pray to God, but want have faith when they pray nor will they listen for the answers to their prayers,
then try to do gods will for you in this life.
It takes practice to hear the voice of God which will come in a very quiet voice.Yes, this is a supernatural thing , yes, Gods spirit WILL actually talk with you.it will guide you.If will come to you IF you will but listen.the word will come in a number of ways.but it will come.
because as Jesus said, all that call upon the name of the lord will NOT be saved ONLY those that do my fathers will. will make it to heaven.
and how does one do Gods will? you Must ask.then you Must listen. then you Must try to do Gods will.
It all deals with the spirit, Jesus said he was going back to be with his father but he would leave is the holy ghost,the spirit of God to guide us and be with us and protect us and lead is to heaven when we pass on from this world.

Then you will be a new creature in the spirit .and you will go to heaven .being lead by the spirit

Your desire for material things, and for sexual gratification, and for having others do things for you, is gone after you accept Jesus.

I no longer need people to affirm me, I prefer the position of servant-hood to others. It is no longer about me, it is about Him and others.

As scripture puts it, the old nature has died and I now have a new nature in Christ.
