i want to spend time with my gf, and i have had her over to my house a lot. i am 13. i really like her and like her copany. i did cross country in school and now that it is over i still run like a mile or 2 in my neighborhood. would running, or walking, with my gf, or just working out with her be a good idea. do you think she would like it?

I wouldn't suggest asking her to work out with you but asking her to take a walk with you is a great idea for your age. Then if you 2 decide on running or working out then go from there you are quite young so walking seems like a good start.

Not many girls enjoy the whole working out thing.
She might not mind walking with you...but you should just ask her..so you know what she likes or not.

If she says she doesnt want to do that..then you can workout when she is not around.

However if she wants to give it a go..then she'll do it..but if she tries it..and then doesnt like it or doesnt want to do it anymore..dont force her.

I dunno, competing or working with GF/BFs never ends well.
Walking is always good though!
Best of luck to you two!
