i really want to kiss this girl but dont know when to do it and how to make my moves. im thinking of kissing her at school. walking her to class and giving her a hug and then kissing her. is this right or should i do something else

It's best when you two are alone. She will be more comfortable and it won't be nearly as awkward as in school. Go out with her or just hang out with her sometime, and when things are going well just go in for the kiss. And if nothing else, do it when you are still alone and saying goodbye to her.

She would probably appreciate it if you kissed her somewhere romantic and private, not school. Find a romantic place, like under the stars or something like that.
