Yes you can . some fast food restaurants prepare pasta by parboiling the pasta and reheat it before serving it ,you would never know.

I worked in restaurants for 20 yrs, ok, I was a waitress, but I always watched, asked questions and now I'm a great cook. Yes you can re cook. At one rest. the chef would cook almost all the way, then drain with a lot of cold water. When customer ordered the 'pasta of the night' he's drop it into boiling water to reheat and cook a bit further.

Also, undercooking is common when you are going to further prepare it... I slightly undercook my pasta, then I saute veggies and add skim milk or chicken broth and add the pastal, to let it absorb the broth flavor and finish cooking. good luck!

Only bake it if that was the plan from the beginning. Baking it will dry it out a bit, by sucking up all the sauce basically. If the pasta is already mixed with the sauce, add more sauce. If you don't have any more sauce, get creative, add a can of tomatos (or fresh), maybe salsa, or a small amount of milk... use water as the VERY last resort. My suggestion is just to throw the pasta back into some hot water.

Absolutely - restaurants do it all the time - they partially cook it (called parboiling) and then finish it up later prior to serving.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add the pasta - return to a boil and cook to desired tenderness.
