Well it all depends on the girl. But the best way to get to a girl is to start talking to her. Like if your friends talk to her or her friends talk to you try to be in a group with them and her so its easier to make a conversation. Or try to help her if she needs any help at all but try not to be to available because she'll take advantage of you. Sometimes girls just think of you as a friend when this happens but its the only way to get closer.

pleasure her with anything you can. flowers, romantic dinners etc... i don't know how close you are but you could leave letters on her car desk or locker depending how old you are, phone her just to talk and send flowers anytime you can
