The US must accept that if its citizens break the law in another country then they must be brought to Justice. And the defence of being an American and so being automatically superior will not work.

I don't think he should have jumped his bail in Mexico (kind of ironic considering he chases after people who do the same thing to him!) but I don't think he should be made an example of. He was arresting a major sexual predator down there after all. He should be held responsible for his actions, but it seems fishy that they waited so long to act on it.

Daniel J:
What happened was he went down to Mexico to arrest a major sexual predator (serial rapist) who had jumped bail in the USA. The problem Dog ran into was that he has no authority in another country to arrest anyone for jumping bail. I think he was charged with something like kidnapping or forcible confinement and was released on bail from Mexico. He fled back to the USA and after several years the Mexican government decided to try to extradite him for the charges and he was arrested by the Feds on a warrant. I don't know why it took so many years for this to happen and I don't know what the catalyst was for the Mexican government to suddenly decide to act on it. Dog did a great service by arresting the rapist, I'm sure Mexico wouldn't have wanted him there, but Dog should have let the Mexican police deal with it (asuming they would have of course, some think that they would not have).

Absolutely not!! What he and his team did deserves a medal!! He pulled a fugitive rapist off the streets of Mexico...they should be thanking him!! If anyone thinks he wouldn't do the same things to Mexican women that he did in America, they're only fooling themselves. Anyone with a mother, wife, daughter, neice, or friend that's female should be grateful for what he did.

Bounty hunting is illeagle in Mexico. Dog went to Mexico to get a bail jumper and take him back to Hawaii. The Mexican authorities did not like that and want him to face charges. I dont think he should even worry about it.

To imprison him would be a sin ( ok not a travesty of justice according to mexican law but Mexican law is a joke anyway!) He took down a viscious sexual deviant and should be applauded for that. If you need a true answer to your question just ask this perverts victims and their families what they think!

Dog didn't do anything WRONG. He didn what he was suppose to. There isn't any reason that any of the Chapman's should be punished for what they did. Btw, I wouldn't mind being Beth, she is very cool.

whilst acting as a court official then of course he should be punished if found guilty . But he should not be treated any differently to anyone else that is the start of a slippery and very dangerous slope my friend

If a Mexican cop came here to nail a Mexican who'd fled here, I'd say go for it.

Mexico doesn't care about our laws or our sovereignty--they encourage illegals to freeload over here. So los federales are just a tad hypocritical, don't you think?

When the Mexican Govt starts respecting our laws, then we should do the same. But since the Mexican Govt encourages their citizens to break our laws, Mexico , their laws, and what they think....p*i*s*s on them!
