This guy at my new school who I found out liked me on my birthday, got me two chocolate covered prezels as a gift because he found out it was my birthday during lunch that day and it was the only thing he could buy for me. I thought it was sweet and he is really sweet. So after that day we began talking a lot and whenever something would happen like if he got into a fight with his parents he would text me about it and I would make him feel better and we would text each other until really late at night talking about stuff. Then all the sudden he stops texting me and he began to make me feel ignored around his friends. We went on two dates and told my friend that he was going to ask me out soon and he also told me that and said he hadn't already because he wanted to make sure we are confortable around each other. Then my friend talked to him and he said to her that he never saw us together and that I was moving to fast (which I wasn't).

He talked to me and said that even if we can't be together and be a couple we can still be friends. But he doesn't talk to me anymore since then.

I think he is being influenced by someone and you are not aware of it. It sounds like he has found an interest in someone else that might be doing something you weren't either ready to do or up to doing. Just get over it, it's his loss and you will find the right guy for you in the right time. Think of your grades and concentrate on school work, it's a new school and just get used to it for now.

hmm...
How old are you? guys take a looong time to mature and aren't ready for anything serious for some time (in most cases, college). I would stress too much about this guy... there are a LOT more out there. If he's pushing you away now, he might not be ready to commit and he's trying to find a nice way to let you know.
I'd just be friends with him and try to relax and have a good time. If it's really meant to be, it will happen in time. But you'll be much happier spending your time as friends than stressing about relationships!

Maybe he felt like you were too available and that kind of took the fun of the chase away. The girls that keep my attention the longest are the ones who give me a hard time...lol. I wish this wasn't the case.. haha. Try backing off for a while and see what he does.

Sounds like someone else has caught his eyes and he may bad and is trying not to lead you on anymore!! Move on to better things and laugh about this cuz it's stupid to Even wait around for some people who act like this!

well with out being really in the middle i would say that you really didnt click, there was no chemistry. or he is just a young guy with not much on his mind besides sex and cars. forget about him now and it will be easier for you. find a better guy one that will step up and get comfortable with you during the date not before.

he might have thought you were cute or nice and liked you in the begining but dont take it personal that he doesnt now. he might have a type of girl he likes and your just not it. there is a lot more guys and your young enough to find the right one later

he probably feels awkward and scared..thats probably why he is ignoring you, hes probably embarrassed and doesn't want to confrnt you because you might embarrass him even more. have a private conversation wit no friends around and don't say anything to your friends but just figure out whats wrong between you guys.

sounds like he got spooked. don't know what to tell you, except be his friend and don't expect anything else out of it. I'd move on to bigger and better things and act like it didn't bother me, maybe if you give him space he will come around.
