their body language is a giveaway every time --- the way the talk to you the way they move their hands and look at you --- everyone does it --- find a book on body language and have a look at it --- you will soon know if he likes you without him needing to say anything

Why not ask em? That's a pretty good start.
That and body language again. Dead give away.
