meaning, could a teenager go into a random grocery store and buy a pack, of, lets say, o'douls?..without any trouble?

I bought it here when I was 20, Got careded and the Asst. Manager told me that you had to be 18 in this state to buy it. It was for a friend of miine that was trying to quit drinking "Didn't succeed by far" I live in NC. Never have tried to buy it myself now that I'm 23 I just buy my loyal friend Busch.

no because non-alchoholic beer has alchohol in it. only a little bit though
