Besides Bars and Parties where else can i go to meet girls and what should i say so i do not weird them out?

i am really talking to nobody right now and have no idea where i can go to meet girls besides a bar and parties i mean there is no where. what should i say not to weird them out also.

Try signing up for a co-ed sports team.
Such as volley ball or a bowling league.
Check with your neighborhood park district to see what co-ed sports programs they have.....usually really cheap or free.
Something that is less of a one-on-one with no alcohol.
You can pretty much be yourself as they will be...
you won't have to worry about alcohol interfering in the
brain functions.
Or....sign up for a night course at a neighborhood college.
Something that interests you and then you will run into someone in the class with the same interests.
or...sign up for a class you know nothing about...but would like to know about. You'd then find a great opportunity to ask someone for help in understanding something about the class..plus learn something new.

What to say?
Girls just like a guy being themselves.
No stupid come ons, etc.

first off talking to women will not hurt them. you can say hi to anyone on the planet its good for you and helps you feel more socialized. where to meet women is not the question you need to be asking. 50% of the population is women and frankly they are everywhere. the question you need to be askng is where can i find a girl that i will like and be able to have a relationship with. this is a much better question to ask because it comes from a different angle. bars and parties are alright but you have friends and they have friends you have a much larger social circle than you think tap that resource before you look farther and then take up a group activity that you can get behind and do that your passion for that will show through and you cant help but meet people that share at least some qualities that way.

You should consider getting involved in the community in some way. Or, join a group with a common interest of yours. Or, if you don't have an interest, then try something new! All of these are really good ways to meet new people and a potential girlfriend, because you know off the bat that you will already share a commen interest.
And as far as what to say, just be yourself, but definitly don't hit on them too strongly or it will scare them off. Just go in with the intention of just being her friend, and when you feel more comfortable around her, ask her to go out on a date with you, like a casual cup of coffee or something. Just take it slow, that's the best thing to do if you're unsure of yourself.

Then, as you turn to leave, turn back and ask for her email address. If you can't get her to laugh in under three minutes, tell her it was nice meeting her and move on.

Dude, do you live in a bubble and only go out to bars or parties? C'mon...girls are EVERYWHERE! School/work, the supermarket, gas station, library, coffee shop, clothing store, walking down the street, etc. Those girls are all fair game as well (for speaking to).

You could try libraries, there are some pretty hot chicks in there! Not only they've got the looks but the brains... that's how I met my gf.
