Sorry dear, if he doesn't like you . You can't force anyone to do anything they don't want to. It's called freewill. Anyways why would you want to? If someone doesn't like you it's not the end of the world. I'm sure someone else does.

You can't and you shouldn't try. Can anybody make you love someone? No. Besides, you don't want anyone who doesn't love you anyway, no matter how much you want him; you will never feel fulfilled and it'll only end up in heartbreak.
