I have 25 columns of over 1500 pieces of data each. Each column needs to use a different variation of one equation in which the number in the cell needs to be multiplied by another number. How can I set it up so that every cell in a column is multiplied by one constant?

Put the constant into another worksheet or somewhere on that worksheet and then reference that area as a static cell.

For example,

=a1*a2*$Z$1

this will multiply A1 * A2 and then multiply by Z1. When you copy the formula down (or across) the page, the $Z$1 portion does not change and will always reference Z1.
