It really depends upon the dog. Body wise in about a year, however alot of breeds grow for a 1 - 2 years before finally filling out through the hips and chest. Maturity wise it can be several years! Many dogs, labs etc, do not get over their puppy stage for several years!

Depends on the breed of the dog. Toy breeds stop growing when fairly young (1 year) mid size dogs tend to be around 2 years and giant breeds 3+ years. Growth patterns and maturity vary greatly with breed and individual dogs.
