I looked in the mirror at it, i can't see it, and it only hurts when i swallow. Wondering if its a canker sore.

sounds like a canker sore to me. Rinse your mouth out with lightly salted water after you brush your teeth tonight, and again tomorrow morning and it will be gone before you know it.

It sounds like a canker sore...gargle with warm salt water and that should sooth it
