If you haven't got a meat tenderiser use the back of your carving knife
If you use the blade it will cut the meat

Its always best done by hand. Never use anything mechanical. If you have any difficulties, just ask someone for a helping hand

i work in a grocery..usually we have a serrated mallet for tenderizing but depending on the cut, you can also marinate it with any number of dressings or marinades.
