I kind of like it. Although, I would try to spell it more traditionally. Kalel or Calel, just to minimize the comic book stigma.

Why not call him Calvin and Cal for short. I think its a pretty name but for these days its just kinda old fashioned.

No offence but isn't that just putting a lot of pressure on the kid. That or asking for him to be paid out for the rest of his life and never be taken seriously by anyone that has seen any form of superman?
