My stomach and chest kind of hurt, and I am feeling alittle hungry, what foods are okay to eat so that they might not cause any more pain?

Bland, the BRAT diet is really good. Bananas, rice, applesauce, apple juice, tea and toast. Chicken broth with pastina is good, even with some egg drop... avoid dairy and greasy food....
and vanilla yogurt with active cultures is GOOD bacteria for your tummy. Hope you feel better soon...and see a doctor soon...

First off you need to see a doctor about your stomach. Try some bland foods like crackers or toast with a slice of cheese or some peanut butter.

Hi, I went to the doctor for this problem & he told me to eat foods that were low in fat, they are easily digested & are the least bothersome to your stomach. I don't think it would be a bad idea to see a doctor about this, your stomach is very important to your health. One time this happened to me & I needed my gall bladder removed. The other time, I had acid reflux & needed medication for it. Alot of foods out there are really high in fat & can be hard on the body. Be good to yourself & get a second opinion, good luck to you!
