If God is eternally forgiving, then why does Hell exist?

Think about it.

HELL

Acts 2:27-31;

Hell is sepulchre, tomb, cave, pit, grave or burial place.

Mark 9:42-48;

Death and burial or burial by fire is man made or by accident, and there is nothing to
fear, the resurrection is from any and everywhere Rev.20:1-6,12,13; No Satan for 1000 years. [ Tophet, Gehenna or valley of the son of Hinnom is what Mark 9:42-29 used to be 2Chr.28:1-4; Jer.7:30,31; 19:2-5; destroyed by Josiah about 627 BC and was as a city dump in Roman Empire #6 ].

So the TRUTH: Luke 16:16,17,29,31 [ search out the scriptues and there is no such thing as the living dead Gen.3:1-5; 3:19 is from dust thou art and to dust thou shalt return Psm.104:29,30 ];

returns to God as it is meant for a perfect soul, here is temporary to save offsprings of Adam and not destroy them for sin of Adam.

For the mere fact that people all throught time have been telling everyone about different kinds of after lives, where if you are not a good person alive, then you will suffer horribly all eternity.
Once you hear those things long enough, you seem to put it out of your mind because everywhere i go, I always hear people forcing their beliefs onto others and thinking that they are always right.
Things like that tend to make me not go for that whole "one true god" theory and have little tolerance for those who force everything down everyone else's throats.

If I am wrong in life, then I am quite content after I die to pay the price for it. If I am not wrong, then I do not have to think about hell. Either way, I don't pay attention to things of little interest or worry to me.

Nope! I want to see some evidence before I do anything. I'm not an idiot after all. Even if all these little stories of your kind are true, I wouldn't kneel. I have my pride and I worship nobody. If god was so great he'd get over his huge ego of having everyone bowing, and praising and accept people as who they are. But that is a GIGANTIC if.

It is done out of love for Jesus. I bend the knee because of what He's done for me. He deserves my worship.

BUT whether you want to or not - one day - every knee will bow to Jesus.

One day the Lord will rise up and put a stop to His name being blasphemed. The Lord will make bare His holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.

No, it doesn't ... I've been a Christian about 40 years now and that is not what makes me "bend a knee" and worship Him. It's love that does it, and His saving grace.

How pathetic of you to try and outdo what Jesus commanded when He said "love one another" by threatening people with hell? How unloving of you.

That just has not really been a factor in my relationship to Jesus. I just love Him for what He has done for me. I think that Jesus is absolutely lovely and worthy of praise. I have always been more attracted by the love of Christ then the fear of Hell, for not believing in Him. Once a person can understand about the love He has for them it is very easy to appreciate Him as their Lord.

No. Maybe I'm braver than most; or maybe threats excerpted from 4000 year old compilations of middle eastern mythology are somewhat lacking in persuasive force.

No! The Almighty YHVH created this world very good. Once man sinned, he could no longer meet the requirements of YHVH. Because of His great love for man, He sent His son the Savior. The Savior's name means YHVH is my Savior!--YAHOSHUA! The only way one can have his sins taken care of is to invite the Savior in to carry them. If a person chooses to remain attached to their sins, they will be consumed in the cleansing fire the Almighty will send to cleanse this world so He can make it new! How could the Almighty be more generous?

In Adam all have sinned. Sorry you can't claim innocence.

You have a choice: You can go to Heaven or you can go to Hell when you die. The choice is yours. If you believe that Jesus Christ paid the penalty for your sins then you go to heaven. If not then you go to Hell. If you don't choose you go to Hell by default.

God can and will send His own creatures to Hell if they don't possess His very own righteousness which can be a free gift to you if you want it. The choice is yours. God is a gentleman and won't force you.
