Cant really explain it, but it comes naturally. I had the same worries before I kissed a girl for the first time, and didnt believe it when people said it came naturally but it really does, I promise. Dont worry about it.

do nothing with your tongue unless you wanna French kiss. if you are French kissing just move your tongue along his, and maybe inside his mouth.
with your lips, just move them along his whatever he is doing. don't open your mouth wide. that is disgusting.
more tips: make sure you have extra mints or gum (spit your gum out when you are making out!) so your breath smells good. also, make sure your mouth is spit free. no boy wants a mouth full of someone else's spit.
