Just take care of your skin & leave birth mark as it is it's kinda distracting but u could wear concealer but as a guy it might be weird. Other than that ur cute but what would make u hot is if u workout & got ripped cuz that way u look more manlier. Right now u look cute but not sexy or hot. A bunch of guys I knew had cute good looking faces like u then all they did was get built & on their own their face got mire masculine & they r sexy as hell
