Do you think the age of 13, for a girl, is kinda old to never have gone out with anyone or kissed anyone?

--All my friends and most of my peers have gone out with at least one person and some of them have kissed.

No. Not at all. Everyone advances at their own pace in the social arena. Do things when YOU are comfortable, not because everyone else is doing them
Besides...13?! I would be more shocked and appalled if you wrote in and said that HAVE a lot of experience in this area. Just keep being a respectable young lady and you will go very far in life! :-)
