I have dvd shrink after i rip a movie what do I do next to get it on a dvd?

Shrink should have put an *.iso file on your hard drive. burn that file by whatever burning software you have. here is a link to a guide which explains it well.

There should be an icon that says "Backup!" click on it and select the drive you want the file to be recorded to. The hot key for it is Ctrl+B, or in the file tab select backup.

Burn it using your favorite burning software

burn dvd video files or something similar.
