I was a cook for 2 years, and as a general rule once food has been prepared you should let it cool down and microwave it once and that is it. I am not sure if that is just to cover the restraunts back. But personally I would not warm food more than once because once it falls into the danger zone which is the temparature where you should not have food for to long it gets bacteria. This also depends on the type of food,ie fish only once, steak 2 or 3 times may be fine.
I also check this site.

No, don't put your food out in the sun to heat (what an idiot). If you can cook, you should be able to figure out how to reheat various types of food. Either put it in a pan on the stovetop, on low heat, or put it in the oven. When reheating in a stovetop pan, stir frequently to prevent sticking. When reheating in the oven, cover foods with foil, so they don't dry out. Sometimes you might want to add a few drops of water, or other liquid. I'm sure you'll do fine.

I think over heating in the micro will deplete the quality of the food, make it tough or dry. I don't think it does anything harmful. Get this...I know people who will not eat leftovers. No matter how many pork chops, chicken legs, etc. they have leftover, they chuck them. Now, that's being wasteful. You're fine, it's all in how you feel about it. At least you reheat and get the most of what you have leftover.

Don't think there is harm, but the moisture would eventually be gone and food would taste off or overcooked. Just reheat the amount you plan to eat at one time and fridge the rest.

Usually for me..i would heat it up 3 times before i actually toss it..because after the 3rd time with most foods..the food is most likely not edible anymore....(or at least it tastes like it)

I dont think there is any harm to it, but i would recommend you to put what you can eat on a separate plate and just rehaeat that part. and if you want more food, just get more. basically just reheat what you can finish.

I usually re-heat the food up until it tastes bad or looks really bad. So you could probably heat it up a few more times.

I usually save the food for 3x around. I believe that it just gets old and unflavorful. Especially spaghetti, Chinese, Tai, Indian, and pizza loses its taste and enjoyable look.
