Ive been to the store time and time again and i always see some girl that i would just want to say hi to or introduce myself to her but i end up holding back. I notice that sometimes they look back at me but i just dont say anything and just walk away.
this has happend on more than one occasion and ive ben trying to figure out the best way to apprach them without being wierd and with out causing to much attention to myself.
and its hard some times to cuz they might be with family or friends and it makes it that much harder.

I remember when I was younger I had the exact same problem. The thing you DON'T do is use a "pick-up line", which never "picks up" a girl anyway. Do something subtle, (i.e. catching her eye for a second or two). If she doesn't make eye contact back or continues doing something else, she's not interested, so don't bother going out of your way. However, if you do feel as though there is a connection, cleverly find a way to get her "on her own" (so to speak), and say something that may spark a conversation.
Oh, and smile. Always smile.

Three words: Confidence is sexy. Girls like guys who are confident -- you don't have to actually BE confident, just act like you are sure of yourself, and the rest will follow. For things to talk about, try something that happened at school this week, etc. If you don't know what to talk about, ask her a question and let her do the talking. Girls like someone who is a good listener, especially if the guy remembers what she said.

i would love to tell you how but i did the same thing as you and never did end up talking to the girl.
now i find if i see the name tag on them i say you sure have a nice name it suits you . you look like an .......... insert name there.
other things to do are say things like you are the most beautiful girl in this town.

Hey bra! whatever you wrote, think it again and all of it "vice versa" . I ve been in germany,georgia,russia,turkey..and i have friends from different countries. i can say "just goo and Talk". this is 1 life, and what you ask for is not weird unless you have bad intention.

just go up to her an be like "hey, what's shakin' bacon." - ok not really, but you just have to go up to her a say hi, if you dont you will regret it, i suggest saying hey, i think i've seen you here before, my name is-------- and so on, - if she's a nice person she will most definatly say hi back to you,, and then you can go on from there

well u could go up to her when you get a good chance and be like , hey i like your earrings or hair or something like just a good comment and ya, start a conversation from there..

Just go up to her and say, "Hi. My name is (whatever) and I just wanted to meet you." No lines, nothing threatening, just say hi!
