Normally I just cube them (with the peels on) and put them in the oven with seasoning and butter but, I purchased a new deep fryer last night and I am dying to try it out! : ) Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Preheat them in batches in very hot oil for about 5 minutes depending upon what size you have cut them. (at this stage they can be cooled to freeze, or to be reheated before serving, it you have a lot of other food to prepare

Reduce the oil temperature and add them again and cook them to a golden brown.

I would par boil, until 1/2 tender, dry then deep fry until brown.

Lately, I've been roasting them in the oven with garlic and fresh rosemary. Great.
