Of course it is...if she'll have you. Most young girls want older guys, not younger...it's just the way things are...and if a girl like a boy that is that much younger than her then she is probably suffering from some kind of self esteem problem.

Not if you're 11-13. I don't understand why young kids like that would want to take this step, when the rest of their body and lives haven't caught on.
